Appointment Cancellation Policy

The following rules apply to appointment cancellations:

Note: Telemedicine appointments follow the same cancellation policy. Technical issues on our platform will result in a full refund or free rescheduling.

Doctor Subscription Cancellation & Refunds

For doctors subscribed to our Basic or Pro plans:

  • 7-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription payment, you will receive a full refund with no questions asked.
  • Pro-Rated Refunds: If you cancel after 7 days, you will receive a pro-rated refund for unused days in your current billing period.
  • Annual Plans: Annual subscribers who cancel within 30 days receive a full refund. After 30 days, a pro-rated refund for unused months is issued.
  • No Refund Cases: Refunds are not issued if your account was suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service.

How to cancel your subscription: Visit your Doctor Subscription Page and click Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refund Issued

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

All refunds are returned to the original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We may make exceptions to this policy in the following cases:

  • Medical emergencies (documentation may be required)
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Platform outages caused by Medlink Access
  • Doctor account suspension by Medlink Access
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors
